Congratulations to Sean who won first place in the 2024 Joslin Poster Day today! This was especially impressive for a post-bac competing against Joslin’s pool of very talented post-docs.

Cudos also go to Shuiling, who won second place in the Poster Day competition! Her RNA degradation studies were a topic of great interest and she did a terrific job presenting the work.

Our Halloween 2024 theme was “Ghosts of Science Past”. Back row, left to right: Preformation (Shuiling), Protein as Genetic Material (Ly), Phrenology (Ola), Geocentrism (Abby), Junk DNA (Santos), and Spontaneous Generation (Sean). Front row, left to right: Larmarkian Theory (Ray), Alchemy (Jean), and Four Humors (Jay).
